What is 360 Feedback?

A 360 Feedback is a tool by which you can request feedback from different people workign with you. It includes your manager/s, your peers, your direct reports, project members, customers even your external partners. All the feedback received can help you identify your strengths and development needs.

Can reviewers still respond to 360 even though I have generated my report?

Yes, we do not block responses until the report is archived. An email will be sent to you each time someone responds after you have generated your report.

How do I choose the right reviewers?

The platform guides you in your choice of reviewers by offering you several categories (manager, colleagues, customers, etc.). You should not only choose people who will provide you with positive feedback, but also people who will give you an objective feedback of your strengths and areas for improvement.

What is the difference between categories of participants?

It is traditional in a 360 report to categorize the participants according to your interactions: your manager, your colleagues or your subordinates. This allows you to see how different categories of stakeholders perceive you.

How long does 360 Feedback last?

We recommend 14 days between the start date and the end date but you are free to set your own timelines.

How many participants can I invite in each category?

Accepted Answer

The minimum number of people is indicated on the platform. Sometimes there is no minimum, sometimes 1 person, sometimes several (e.g., 3). We do not set a maximum, but we recommend not exceeding 20 people per category.
