Will I get support to help me understand the report?

The 360 feedback report is visual, intuitive and simplified for reading and reflection by self. You will also be provided a guideline that can help you make meaning of the report and identify development actions. However, A few days after receiving your report, you will receive an email offering the possibility of a debriefer. If you still feel the need for a deeper understanding of critical areas in your report, you can request for a debriefer by using the link provided in the email. You will then receive follow up communication regarding next steps.
