A 360 Feedback is a tool by which you can request feedback from different people workign with you. It includes your manager/s, your peers, your direct reports, project members, customers even your external partners. The platform guides you in your choice of reviewers by offering you several categories (manager, colleagues, customers, etc.). It is traditional in a 360 report to categorize the participants according to your interactions: your manager, your colleagues or your subordinates. The 360 feedback report is visual, intuitive and simplified for reading and reflection by self. You will also be provided a guideline that can help you make meaning of the report and identify development actions. However, A few days after receiving your report, you will receive an email offering the possibility of a debriefer. If you still feel the need for a deeper understanding of critical areas in your report, you can request for a debriefer by using the link provided in the email. If you have access to it, you will find a "Feedback 360" link in the menu. Once you click on “Feedback 360”, next click on “New report”.
